(وَمَنْ غَصَبَ جَوْهَرَةً) مَثَلًا، (فَابْتَلَعَتْهَا بَهِيمَةٌ) بِتَفْرِيطِهِ أَوْ لَا؛ (فَكَذَلِكَ) ؛ أَيْ: حُكْمُهَا حُكْمُ الْخَيْطِ الَّذِي خَاطَ بِهِ جُرْحَهَا عَلَى مَا سَبَقَ تَفْصِيلُهُ.
