(وَيَتَّجِهُ) أَنَّهُ إذَا غَصَبَ دِينَارًا وَجَعَلَهُ (فِي مِحْبَرَةِ نَفْسِهِ) ، وَلَمْ يَخْرُجْ بِدُونِ كَسْرِهَا فَإِنَّهَا (تُكْسَرُ) الْمِحْبَرَةُ (مُطْلَقًا) ، سَوَاءٌ زَادَ ضَرَرُ الْكَسْرِ عَلَى الدِّينَارِ أَوْ لَا؛ لِأَنَّ حُصُولَهُ فِيهَا بِتَعَدِّيهِ.
