وَيَتَّجِهُ: إبْقَاءُ الزَّرْعِ قَهْرًا لِحَصَادِهِ بِلَا أُجْرَةٍ لَا الشَّجَرِ.

(وَيَتَّجِهُ إبْقَاءُ الزَّرْعِ) فِي أَرْضِ الْغَاصِبِ لِلْغَاصِبِ (قَهْرًا لِ) أَوَانِ (حَصَادِهِ بِلَا أُجْرَةٍ) مُعَاقَبَةً، (لَا) إبْقَاءُ (الشَّجَرِ) ؛ لِأَنَّ مُدَّتَهُ تَطُولُ، فَيَكْثُرُ الضَّرَرُ، وَهُوَ مُتَّجِهٌ.
