[تَنْبِيهٌ لَا قِصَاصَ فِي مَالٍ كَشَقِّ ثَوْبِهِ وَنَحْوِهِ كَكَسْرِ إنَاءٍ] (تَنْبِيهٌ: لَا قِصَاصَ فِي مَالٍ كَشَقِّ ثَوْبِهِ وَنَحْوِهِ) كَكَسْرِ إنَاءٍ، بَلْ الضَّمَانُ بِالْبَدَلِ وَالْأَرْشِ، عَلَى مَا تَقَدَّمَ تَفْصِيلُهُ عَلَى الصَّحِيحِ مِنْ الْمَذْهَبِ وَعَلَيْهِ الْأَصْحَابُ.
