(وَيَتَّجِهُ ضَمَانُهُ) - أَيْ: الْغَاصِبِ - (لَوْ حَبَسَهُ) ؛ أَيْ: حَبَسَ إنْسَانًا (عَنْ طَعَامِهِ) بَعْدَ جَعْلِهِ عَلَى النَّارِ أَوْ بَعْدَ وَضْعِ خُبْزِهِ فِي التَّنُّورِ، (فَاحْتَرَقَ) الطَّعَامُ أَوْ الْخُبْزُ بِسَبَبِ مَنْعِهِ عَنْهُ. وَهُوَ مُتَّجِهٌ. .
