وَيَتَّجِهُ: وَامْتَنَعَ مِنْ لَيِّهَا.

(وَيَتَّجِهُ) لِمُوقِدِ النَّارِ فِي مِلْكِهِ أَنْ يَأْمُرَ رَبَّ الْأَغْصَانِ بِلَيِّهَا عَنْ هَوَائِهِ،
7,137فَإِنْ أَمَرَهُ بِذَلِكَ، (وَامْتَنَعَ مِنْ لَيِّهَا) ، وَيَبِسَتْ؛ لَمْ يَضْمَنْ؛ لِأَنَّ امْتِنَاعَهُ دَلِيلُ رِضَاهُ بِذَلِكَ، وَهُوَ مُتَّجِهٌ.
