(أَوْ سَقْفُهُ) - أَيْ: الْمَسْجِدِ (أَوْ بَنَى جِدَارَهُ أَوْ) بَنَى (مِنْبَرَهُ) ، وَتَلِفَ بِذَلِكَ شَيْءٌ؛ لَمْ يَضْمَنْهُ؛ لِأَنَّهُ مُحْسِنٌ كَوَضْعِهِ فِي مَسْجِدٍ غَيْرِ مُبَلَّطٍ حَصًى، وَسَوَاءٌ أَذِنَ فِيهِ الْإِمَامُ أَوْ لَا.
