مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَيَجُوزُ ذَبْحُ) حَيَوَانٍ (مَأْكُولٍ) إذَا (خِيفَ مَوْتُهُ) صَرَّحَ بِهِ فِي " الْمُغْنِي " وَ " الشَّرْحِ " وَشَرْحِ ابْنِ رَزِينٍ وَغَيْرِهِمْ. (وَيَتَّجِهُ) أَنَّهُ (يَجِبُ) عَلَيْهِ ذَبْحُ الْحَيَوَانِ الْمَأْكُولِ؛ اسْتِنْقَاذًا لَهُ مِنْ التَّلَفِ، وَحِفْظًا لِمَالِيَّتِهِ، وَهُوَ مُتَّجِهٌ.
