ثُمَّ قَالَ: (وَكَذَا لَوْ رَأَى السَّيْلَ يَقْصِدُ) الدَّارَ (الْمُؤَجَّرَةَ) ، فَبَادَرَ، (وَهَدَمَ الْحَائِطَ لِيَخْرُجَ السَّيْلُ) ، وَلَا يَهْدِمَ الدَّارَ؛ كَانَ مُحْسِنًا، وَلَا يَضْمَنُ. انْتَهَى.
