(وَيَتَصَدَّقُ بِبَاقٍ) إنْ أَحَبَّ، (أَوْ يَدْفَعُهُ) - أَيْ: الْبَاقِيَ - (لِحَاكِمٍ) لِيَبْرَأَ مِنْ عُهْدَتِهِ.
(وَصَوَّبَ فِي " الْإِنْصَافِ ") وُجُوبَ التَّعْرِيفِ
