وَلَا يَلْزَمُ تَعْرِيفُهُ وَالأَفْضَلُ تَصَدُّق بِهِ

(وَلَا يَلْزَمُ تَعْرِيفُهُ) ؛ لِأَنَّهُ مِنْ قَبِيلِ الْمُبَاحَاتِ، (وَالْأَفْضَلُ) لِوَاجِدِهِ (التَّصَدُّقُ بِهِ) .
ذَكَرَهُ فِي " التَّبْصِرَةِ "، وَلَا يَلْزَمُهُ أَيْضًا (بَدَلُهُ) - أَيْ: بَدَلُ مَا وَجَدَهُ - مِمَّا لَا تَتْبَعُهُ الْهِمَّةُ
