(فَإِنْ اسْتَوَتْ) الْأُمُورُ (الثَّلَاثَةُ) فِي نَظَرِ الْمُلْتَقِطِ، وَلَمْ يَظْهَرْ لَهُ الْأَحَظُّ مِنْهَا؛ (خُيِّرَ) ؛ لِجَوَازِ كُلٍّ مِنْهَا، وَعَدَمِ ظُهُورِ الْأَحَظِّ فِي أَحَدِهَا.
