(وَإِنْ الْتَقَطَ) اللُّقَطَةَ (بِصَحْرَاءَ عَرَّفَهَا بِأَقْرَبِ الْبِلَادِ إلَيْهَا) ؛ أَيْ: الصَّحْرَاءِ الَّتِي الْتَقَطَهَا فِيهَا؛ لِأَنَّهَا مَظِنَّةُ طَلَبِهَا،
