(بَلْ) يَصِحُّ الْوَقْفُ عَلَى الْحَمْلِ، وَعَلَى مَنْ سَيُولَدُ، (تَبَعًا) لِمَنْ يَصِحُّ الْوَقْفُ عَلَيْهِ؛ كَقَوْلِ وَاقِفٍ: وَقَفْتُ كَذَا (عَلَى أَوْلَادِي وَمَنْ سَيُولَدُ لِي مِنْ فُلَانٍ) ، أَوْ لِفُلَانٍ بِلَا نِزَاعٍ.
