(وَ) إنْ قَالَ إنْسَانٌ: وَقَفْتُ كَذَا (عَلَى أَوْلَادِ فُلَانٍ، وَفِيهِمْ) - أَيْ: أَوْلَادِ فُلَانٍ (حَمْلٌ) فَيَشْمَلُهُ الْوَقْفُ، كَمَنْ يُخْلَقُ مِنْ أَوْلَادِ الْأَوْلَادِ تَبَعًا؛ (فَيَسْتَحِقُّ) الْحَمْلُ بِمُجَرَّدِ (وَضْعٍ. وَكُلُّ حَمْلٍ مِنْ أَهْلِ وَقْفٍ) .
