وَلَا يُرْكَبُ حَبِيشٌ فِي غَيرِ جَمَالٍ لِلْمُسْلِمِينَ وَرِفْعَتِهِمْ وَغَيظِ عَدُوِّهِمْ أَوْ فِي عَلَفِهِ أَوْ سَقْيِهِ،

مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَلَا يُرْكَبُ) فَرَسٌ (حَبِيسٌ فِي) حَاجَةٍ (غَيْرِ) تَأْدِيبِهِ وَغَيْرِ (جَمَالٍ لِلْمُسْلِمِينَ وَرِفْعَتِهِمْ وَغَيْظِ عَدُوِّهِمْ أَوْ فِي عَلَفِهِ) - أَيْ: الْفَرَسِ - (وَسَقْيِهِ، وَلَا يُعَارُ أَوْ يُؤَجَّرُ إلَّا لِنَفْعِهِ) .

قَالَهُ الْآجُرِّيُّ، وَسُئِلَ عَنْ التَّعْلِيمِ بِسِهَامِ الْغَزْوِ، فَقَالَ: هُوَ مَنْفَعَةٌ لِلْمُسْلِمِينَ.
