مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَ) لَا تَطْهُرُ (أَرْضٌ اخْتَلَطَتْ بِنَجَاسَةٍ ذَاتِ أَجْزَاءٍ) مُتَفَرِّقَةٍ: (كَرَمِيمٍ وَدَمٍ جَافٍ وَرَوْثٍ) إذَا اخْتَلَطَ بِأَجْزَائِهَا، فَلَا تَطْهُرُ بِالْغَسْلِ، لِأَنَّ عَيْنَهَا لَا تَنْقَلِبُ، بَلْ بِإِزَالَةِ أَجْزَاءِ الْمَكَانِ بِحَيْثُ يُتَيَقَّنُ زَوَالُ أَجْزَاءِ النَّجَاسَةِ.
