مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَلَا) يَطْهُرُ (عَجِينٌ وَلَحْمٌ تَشَرَّبَهَا) - أَيْ: النَّجَاسَةَ - بِغَسْلٍ، لِأَنَّهُ لَا يُسْتَأْصَلُ أَجْزَاءُ النَّجَاسَةِ مِمَّا ذُكِرَ، قَالَ أَحْمَدُ فِي الْعَجِينِ: يُطْعَمُ النَّوَاضِحَ، وَلَا يُطْعَمُ لِشَيْءٍ يُؤْكَلُ فِي الْحَالِ. وَلَا يُحْلَبُ لَبَنُهُ، لِئَلَّا يَتَنَجَّسَ بِهِ وَيَصِيرَ كَالْجَلَّالَةِ.
