(فَمَنْ اتَّصَفَ بِصِفَةٍ) مِنْ صِفَاتِ (الِاسْتِحْقَاقِ؛ اسْتَحَقَّ) مَا شَرَطَ لَهُ، (فَإِنْ زَالَتْ) تِلْكَ الصِّفَةُ، (زَالَ اسْتِحْقَاقُهُ، فَإِنْ عَادَتْ) الصِّفَةُ؛ (عَادَ) اسْتِحْقَاقُهُ.
