(وَلَوْ شَرَطَهُ) أَيْ: النَّظَرَ (وَاقِفٌ لِغَيْرِهِ) مِنْ مَوْقُوفٍ عَلَيْهِ، أَوْ أَجْنَبِيٍّ، ثُمَّ عَزَلَهُ (لَمْ يَصِحَّ عَزْلُهُ لَهُ) كَإِخْرَاجِ بَعْضِ الْمَوْقُوفِ عَلَيْهِمْ
