(مَا لَمْ يُفْضِ) تَقْدِيمُ الْعِمَارَةِ (إلَى تَعْطِيلِ مَصَالِحِهِ فَيَجْمَعُ بَيْنَهُمَا) أَيْ: بَيْنَ الْعِمَارَةِ وَأَرْبَابِ الْوَظَائِفِ (حَسَبَ الْإِمْكَانِ) لِئَلَّا يَتَعَطَّلَ الْوَقْفُ أَوْ مَصَالِحُهُ.
