(وَ) إنْ وَقَفَ (عَلَى الْفُقَرَاءِ أَوْ عَلَى الْمَسَاكِينِ يَتَنَاوَلُ الْآخَرَ) لِأَنَّهُ إنَّمَا يُفَرَّقُ بَيْنَهُمَا فِي الْمَعْنَى إذَا اجْتَمَعَا فِي الذِّكْرِ. وَمَتَى كَانَ الْوَقْفُ
