وَلَا يُعْفَى فِي غَيرِ مَا يَأْتِي عَنْ يَسِيرِ نَجَاسَةٍ، وَلَوْ لَمْ يُدْرِكْهَا طَرَفٌ كَمُتَعَلِّقٍ بِرِجْلِ ذُبَابٍ.

(وَلَا يُعْفَى فِي غَيْرِ مَا يَأْتِي عَنْ يَسِيرِ نَجَاسَةٍ، وَلَوْ لَمْ يُدْرِكْهَا طَرَفٌ) - أَيْ: بَصَرٌ - (كَمُتَعَلِّقٍ بِرِجْلِ ذُبَابٍ) ، لِعُمُومِ قَوْله تَعَالَى {وَثِيَابَكَ فَطَهِّرْ} وَقَوْلِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ «أُمِرْنَا أَنْ نَغْسِلَ الْأَنْجَاسَ سَبْعًا» وَغَيْرِ ذَلِكَ مِنْ الْأَدِلَّةِ.
