مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَيَتَّجِهُ احْتِمَالٌ وَلَوْ) كَانَ اخْتِلَاطُ مَا ذُكِرَ مِنْ الدُّخَّانِ وَالْبُخَارِ وَالْغُبَارِ (بِمَائِعٍ) لَمْ يُغَيِّرْهُ، وَهُوَ مُتَّجِهٌ.

وَإِلَيْهِ الْإِشَارَةُ بِقَوْلِهِ (مَا لَمْ تَظْهَرْ لَهُ) - أَيْ: الدُّخَانِ وَنَحْوِهِ - (صِفَةٌ) فِي الشَّيْءِ الطَّاهِرِ، لِأَنَّهُ يَشُقُّ التَّحَرُّزُ مِنْهُ،

وَقَالَ جَمَاعَةٌ: مَا لَمْ يَتَكَاثَفْ.
