(وَ) يُعْفَى أَيْضًا عَنْ (يَسِيرِ طِينِ شَارِعٍ تَحَقَّقَتْ نَجَاسَتُهُ) لِعُسْرِ التَّحَرُّزِ مِنْهُ،

وَمِثْلُهُ تُرَابٌ، قَالَ فِي " الْفُرُوعِ ": وَإِنْ هَبَّتْ رِيحٌ فَأَصَابَ شَيْئًا رَطْبًا غُبَارٌ نَجِسٌ مِنْ طَرِيقٍ أَوْ غَيْرِهِ فَهُوَ دَاخِلٌ فِي الْمَسْأَلَةِ.
