(لَا) يَكُونُ عَلَى وَارِثٍ (سَقْيُ ثَمَرَةٍ مُوصَى بِهَا) لِأَنَّهُ لَمْ يَضْمَنْ تَسْلِيمَ هَذِهِ الثَّمَرَةِ إلَى الْمُوصَى لَهُ، بِخِلَافِ الْبَيْعِ.
