(وَإِنْ وَصَّى بِهِ) أَيْ: بِالْعَبْدِ وَنَحْوِهِ (لِاثْنَيْنِ فَرَدَّ أَحَدُهُمَا) وَصِيَّتَهُ (وَقَبِلَ الْآخَرُ فَلِلْآخَرِ نِصْفُهُ) أَيْ: الْعَبْدِ لِأَنَّهُ الْمُوصَى لَهُ بِهِ
