(فَإِنْ) قَالَ مُوصٍ لِحَمْلِ امْرَأَةٍ: إنْ (كَانَ فِي بَطْنِك ذَكَرٌ فَلَهُ كَذَا) أَيْ: ثَلَاثُونَ دِرْهَمًا مَثَلًا (وَإِنْ كَانَ) فِي بَطْنِك (أُنْثَى فَ) لَهَا (كَذَا) أَيْ: عِشْرُونَ دِرْهَمًا مَثَلًا (فَكَانَا) أَيْ: تَبَيَّنَ أَنَّهُ كَانَ فِي بَطْنِهَا ذَكَرٌ وَأُنْثَى بِوِلَادَتِهَا لَهُمَا (فَلَهُمَا) أَيْ: لِكُلِّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمَا (مَا شَرَطَ) لَهُ؛ لِأَنَّ الشَّرْطَ وُجِدَ فِيهِمَا
