لِأَنَّهُ أَجِيرٌ فِي الْعَمَلِ، فَإِنَّمَا يُطَالِبُ بِالْأَجْرِ مَنْ اسْتَأْجَرَهُ، وَالْأَبُ اسْتَأْجَرَهُ لِلْعَمَلِ لِلِابْنِ فَيُؤَدَّى أَجْرُهُ مِنْ مَالِ الِابْنِ.
