"ولو بات في غيرها متعمدا لا يلزمه شيء عندنا" خلافا للشافعي رحمه الله لأنه وجب ليسهل عليه الرمي في أيامه فلم يكن من أفعال الحج فتركه لا يوجب الجابر.
