"وإذا عاد المتمتع إلى بلده بعد فراغه من العمرة ولم يكن ساق الهدي بطل تمتعه" لأنه ألم بأهله فيما بين النسكين إلماما صحيحا وبذلك يبطل التمتع كذا روي عن عدة من التابعين
