"وأكثره عشرة أيام ولياليها والزائد استحاضة" لما روينا وهو حجة على الشافعي رحمه الله تعالى في التقدير بخمسة عشر يوما ثم الزائد والناقص استحاضة لأن تقدير الشرع يمنع إلحاق غيره به
