قال: "والمحصر بالحج إذا تحلل فعليه حجة وعمرة" هكذا روي عن ابن عباس وابن عمر رضي الله عنهم ولأن الحجة يجب قضاؤها لصحة الشروع فيها والعمرة لما أنه في معنى فائت الحج
