"ودم الاستحاضة كالرعاف الدائم لا يمنع الصوم ولا الصلاة ولا الوطء" لقوله عليه الصلاة والسلام "توضئي وصلي وإن قطر الدم على الحصير" وإذا عرف حكم الصلاة ثبت حكم الصوم والوطء بنتيجة الإجماع
