"ولا يجوز للعبد أن يتزوج أكثر من اثنتين" وقال مالك يجوز لأنه في حق النكاح بمنزلة الحر عنده حتى ملكه بغير إذن المولى.
ولنا أن الرق منصف فيتزوج العبد اثنتين والحر أربعا إظهارا لشرف الحرية.
