"وإذا زالت بكارتها بوثبة أو حيضة أو جراحة أو تعنيس فهي في حكم الأبكار" لأنها بكر حقيقية لأن مصيبها أول مصيب لها ومنه الباكورة والبكرة ولأنها تستحيي لعدم الممارسة.
