"ولو طلقها قبل الدخول بها فلها المتعة" لقوله تعالى: ﴿وَمَتِّعُوهُنَّ عَلَى الْمُوسِعِ قَدَرُهُ﴾ الآية ثم هذه المتعة واجبة رجوعا إلى الأمر وفيه خلاف مالك رحمه الله .
