"وإذا نزل للرجل لبن فأرضع به صبيا لم يتعلق التحريم" لأنه ليس بلبن على التحقيق فلا يتعلق به النشوء والنمو وهذا لأن اللبن إنما يتصور ممن يتصور منه الولادة
