"ولو قال إثنتين في إثنتين ونوى الضرب والحساب فهي ثنتان" وعند زفر رحمه الله ثلاث لأن قضيته أن تكون أربعا لكن لا مزيد للطلاق على الثلاث وعندنا الإعتبار للمذكور الأول على ما بيناه
