"وإن قال لها اعتدي اعتدي وقال نويت بالأولى طلاقا وبالباقي حيضا دين في القضاء" لأنه نوى حقيقة كلامه ولأنه يأمر امرأته في العادة بالاعتداد بعد الطلاق فكان الظاهر شاهدا له
