"وإن قال أمرك بيدك يوم يقدم فلان فقدم فلان ولم تعلم بقدومه حتى جن الليل فلا خيار لها" لأن الأمر باليد مما يمتد فيحمل اليوم المقرون به على بياض النهار وقد حققناه من قبل فيتوقت به ثم ينقضي بانقضاء وقته.
