"ولو قال لها إذا حضت حيضة فأنت طالق لم تطلق حتى تطهر من حيضتها" لأن الحيضة بالهاء هي الكاملة منها ولهذا حمل عليه في حديث الاستبراء وكمالها بانتهائها وذلك بالطهر
