"فإن عاد فتزوجها عاد الإيلاء فإن وطئها وإلا وقعت بمضي اربعة أشهر تطليقة أخرى" لأن اليمين باقية لإطلاقها وبالتزوج ثبت حقها فيتحقق الظلم ويعتبر ابتداء هذا الإيلاء من وقت التزوج
