"وكذلك إذا قال رأسك علي كظهر أمي أو فرجك أو وجهك أو رقبتك أو نصفك أو ثلثك أو بدنك" لأنه يعبر بها عن جميع البدن ويثبت الحكم في الشائع ثم يتعدى كما بيناه في الطلاق.
