"وإن اعترف بالأول ونفى الثاني يثبت نسبهما" لما ذكرنا "ولاعن" لأنه قاذف بنفي الثاني ولم يرجع عنه والإقرار بالعفة سابق على القذف فصار كما إذا قال إنها عفيفة ثم قال هي زانية وفي ذلك التلاعن كذا هذا. [
