"وإن كانت أمة فعدتها حيضتان" لقوله عليه الصلاة والسلامك "طلاق الأمة تطليقتان وعدتها حيضتان" ولأن الرق منصف والحيضة لا تتجزأ فكملت فصارت حيضتين وإليه أشار عمر رضي الله عنه بقوله لو استطعت لجعلتها حيضة ونصفا
