"وإن جعلا بينهما امرأة ثقة تقدر على الحيلولة فحسن وإن ضاق عليهما المنزل فلتخرج والأولى خروجه وإذا خرجت المرأة مع زوجها إلى مكة فطلقها ثلاثا أو مات عنها في غير مصر فإن كان بينها وبين مصرها أقل من ثلاثة أيام رجعت إلى مصرها" لأنه ليس بابتداء الخروج معنى بل هو بناء
