"ثم العمات ينزلن كذلك وكل من تزوجت من هؤلاء يسقط حقها" لما روينا ولأن زوج الأم إذا كان أجنبيا يعطيه نزرا وينظر إليه شزرا فلا نظر قال "إلا الجدة إذا كان زوجها" "الجد" لأنه قام مقام أبيه فينظر له
