"وإذا قضى القاضي لها بنفقة الإعسار ثم أيسر فخاصمته تمم لها نفقة الموسر" لأن النفقة تختلف بحسب اليسار والإعسار وما قضى به تقدير لنفقة لم تجب فإذا تبدل حاله فلها المطالبة بتمام حقها.
