"ولا يسعى للمعسر منهما" لأنه يدعي الضمان على صاحبه ليساره فيكون مبرئا للعبد عن السعاية والولاء موقوف في جميع ذلك عندهما لأن كل واحد منهما يحيله على صاحبه وهو يتبرأعنه فيبقى موقوفا إلى أن يتفقا على إعتاق أحدهما.
